The women I work with are always relieved to hear that. They feel like they are doing everything right, and not seeing any results.

When Susan goes out on a date, her main concern is how much the man likes her. She doesn’t ask herself how much she likes him. She doesn’t just enjoy herself. Her focus is purely on pleasing him. She tries to figure out what his preferences are and they become hers without her even realizing this.

That’s for The Take Your Place Method where we'll address, reprogram your mindset, and release the people-pleasing trauma response from your childhood. 

However, our clients find that working out their personal struggles they may be currently having with boundaries by reprogramming their mindset is the KEY to figuring out their trauma response triggers. So, you’ll be making progress on it, even though we won’t cover it directly.

Joanne’s Personal Journey

Early on in her adult life, Joanne was attracted to different natural healing modalities. After obtaining a degree in Psychology and Marketing from McGill University, she pursued her own journey of personal development. She constantly sought to bridge the gap between the physical, emotional and energetic aspects of individuals. 

As a certified holistic life coach, she integrates the mind-body-soul connection within each client session. By applying her proven Transmutation Method, she can pinpoint the source of the emotional or psychological pain and treat you accordingly to help release any burden you no longer feel that you need to carry. 

After surviving aggressive breast cancer in 2016, through traditional medicinal approach as well as various holistic approaches to complement her healing journey, she understood why she got sick (as there was no family cancer history). This consciousnesses permitted her to heal more quickly as the mind-body-Spirit connection for her was paramount throughout her healing journey.

In 2020, she created The Better Boundary Bootcamp that supports the recovering (or soon to be) people-pleasing woman who want to learn how to put herself first and integrate the keys to self-empowerment, self-expression and personal freedom into Becoming Her Authentic Self.
